Payment Policy

Online payments

When enabled, online payments are processed through Razorpay. Available methods may include UPI, supported cards and netbanking, depending on the options shown by Razorpay at checkout. Complete the payment on the secure payment screen; never share an OTP, UPI PIN or card CVV with our support team.

Cash on delivery

COD is offered only for eligible orders and destinations where it appears at checkout. The courier collects the amount shown in your confirmed order. Any applicable fee must be shown before order confirmation.

Payment confirmation

An order’s payment status is confirmed by the payment provider and the store. If your account is debited but the order is not confirmed, contact us with the order reference and payment transaction ID. Please avoid paying the same order again until its status is checked.

Tax and business purchases

Our seller GSTIN is 09AGRPI0376C1ZD. Applicable GST and order totals are shown in the live checkout and invoice. Business customers should enter their correct legal name and GSTIN before placing the order. Tax rates depend on the actual product classification and delivery details.

Refunds

Refunds follow the Returns & Refunds or Cancellation Policy. The preview catalogue and its WhatsApp enquiry bag do not collect payments or create a paid order.
