Cancellation Policy

Before dispatch

Request cancellation as soon as possible by contacting info@indi7.com or +91 84008 69704 with your order number. Orders can normally be cancelled before dispatch. We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.

After dispatch

Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, we may be unable to stop it. Contact us so we can explain the available delivery or return options. Do not assume an order is cancelled until our team confirms it.

Refunds

For an accepted prepaid cancellation, the refund is normally initiated within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing can take additional time. No payment refund is needed for an unpaid COD order.

Orders we cannot fulfil

If stock is unavailable, delivery cannot be arranged or another issue prevents fulfilment, we will contact you. Any payment collected for an order we cancel will be refunded.
