Shipping & Delivery

Delivery within India

We currently ship to serviceable addresses in India. Delivery availability depends on your PIN code and the selected courier. Please enter a complete address and reachable phone number.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is ₹79 plus any applicable GST, shown before order confirmation. Orders with an eligible product subtotal of ₹999 or more after discounts qualify for free shipping. Any available alternative method or destination-specific charge will be displayed before you confirm the order.

Dispatch and estimated delivery

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Estimated delivery is 3–7 working days after dispatch. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Remote locations, weather, courier disruptions or other circumstances can extend these estimates; they are not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shiprocket and tracking

Shipments are arranged through Shiprocket and its courier partners when the shipping integration is active. Tracking details are shared after the shipment is booked. Contact us if tracking is unavailable or your parcel appears delayed.

Cash on delivery

COD is available only where offered at checkout and supported by the selected courier. Keep the payment ready when your parcel arrives. Repeated delivery failures or inaccurate addresses may require us to contact you before arranging another attempt.

Damaged or missing parcels

Inspect the parcel on arrival and report damage, missing items or an incorrect product within 5 days of delivery. Photos of the item and packaging help us investigate; an unboxing video can be helpful but is not the sole condition for a valid claim. Contact info@indi7.com or +91 84008 69704.
